The White House has adopted a new strategy: here's why military aid to Ukraine has been expedited significantly.

The efforts of the White House stand in stark contrast to the policies that will be adopted by the incoming administration of newly elected President Trump.
Белый дом разработал новую стратегию: почему поставки оружия в Украину значительно ускорились?

The administration of U.S. President Joseph Biden, just over a month before leaving the White House, has adopted a new strategy for supplying arms to Ukraine. Now, deliveries are being expedited to provide Ukraine with more resources by January 20, 2025.

This information has been reported by CNN, citing a high-ranking source within the president's administration.

The White House's efforts sharply contrast with the policy likely to be pursued by the incoming administration of newly elected President Donald Trump. There are too many individuals in Trump's circle who have a negative view of Ukraine, and Trump himself recently criticized the authorization of U.S. strikes on Russian territory, offering laughable justifications.

Additionally, the official assured the publication that the White House will now direct maximum available resources to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Before Biden leaves office, plans are in place to transfer all previously announced weapons to Ukraine.

"The Department of Defense is making historic efforts to deliver a large quantity of weapons to Ukraine over the next five weeks... From this moment until mid-January, we will deliver hundreds of thousands of artillery shells, thousands of rockets, hundreds of armored vehicles, and other essential equipment to Ukraine," noted the source.

It is worth mentioning that the U.S. officially announced on the night of December 12-13 the provision of a new 72nd military aid package to Ukraine, totaling $500 million. This package will include artillery shells, ammunition for HIMARS, as well as a large shipment of means to protect against weapons of mass destruction.

Recall that before leaving the presidency, Joseph Biden urged Congress to allocate an additional $24 billion to strengthen military assistance to Ukraine. This will help avoid a halt in funding from the next presidential administration.

Earlier, "Telegraph" reported that U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken stated on November 26 that the Joe Biden administration would continue its efforts to increase military assistance to Ukraine. Support for Kyiv will also be maintained by G7 countries.
