The frosty and clear weather that has persisted in Kyiv for quite some time will be replaced by warming and precipitation at the beginning of March. Rain mixed with snow is expected in the city on Saturday.

From February 27 to March 1, daytime temperatures will fluctuate between +1 and +6 degrees, while nighttime temperatures will range from -6 to 0 degrees. This forecast was provided by Meteofor.

Thursday, February 27, will bring predominantly clear skies. The temperature will rise to +6 degrees during the day, cooling down to -6 degrees at night. The strongest wind gusts are expected in the morning and afternoon, reaching moderate speeds of 7 m/s.

On Friday, February 28, it is anticipated to start clear, but clouds will roll in by morning. No precipitation is forecasted. The daytime temperature in the city will increase to +6 degrees, while nighttime temperatures will drop to -4 degrees. The maximum wind speed will occur in the morning and afternoon, reaching moderate levels of 6-7 m/s.

However, on Saturday, March 1, the negatives will retreat, but overcast skies and precipitation will linger in the capital. Light snow mixed with rain is expected in the morning and afternoon. The daytime temperature will rise to +1 degree, while at night it will fall to 0 degrees. Wind speeds will not exceed moderate levels of 6-7 m/s.
