In the second half of the day, forecasters predict fog. Daytime temperatures will rise to +1 degree, while nighttime temperatures will fall to -1 degree. Wind speed will not exceed a light 2 m/s.
On Christmas Day, December 25, the capital is expected to have heavy cloud cover, but no precipitation. Fog will linger at night. The daytime temperature will drop to -1 degree, while the nighttime temperature will rise to +1 degree. Maximum wind gusts are anticipated during the day and evening, reaching moderate speeds of 7 m/s.
Thursday, December 26, is also expected to be simply overcast. The thermometer readings will remain consistent both day and night at -1 degree. The strongest winds are forecasted for nighttime, with moderate speeds of 6 m/s.
