Against the backdrop of soaring real estate prices in Kyiv, an unusual housing rental offer has emerged on social media. It boasts an enticing price, but there is one significant downside.
The eye-catching advertisement was published in the Best Hostel Kiyv group on Facebook. At first glance, the offer seems perfect: a nice view from the window, with a monthly rental price of only 3,500 hryvnias.
However, it turns out that for this amount, the renter only gets a portion of a single room. And this portion is not even fully within the room itself. Simply put — it’s a balcony.
It’s worth noting that this advertisement has sparked considerable discussion online. People are actively debating it and expressing their astonishment.
