According to DTEK, emergency power outages were in effect on February 4 in Dnipropetrovsk and Donbas.
"By the order of 'Ukrenergo', emergency outages are again being implemented today in Dnipro and Donetsk regions," the company reported.
Energy specialists added that emergency outage schedules were also introduced in Sumy and Kirovohrad regions.

Ukrainians are urged to consume electricity more responsibly, as the cause is the overload of the energy grid.
