Every month, Ukrainians are required to submit their electricity meter readings to ensure accurate billing for electricity usage. This process is allotted a 5-day window: it begins two days before the end of the month and continues until the 3rd of the following month. In November, this period will last from November 29 to December 3 inclusive.

SubscribeThe readings submitted during this period are counted as of the 1st, ensuring the accuracy of calculations. If the data is not submitted on time, one may encounter inaccurate bills, leading to inconveniences.
There are several methods available for submitting readings:
- Online through the regional energy company's website: via a personal account or through special forms for submitting readings.
- Chatbots on social media: a modern and convenient method for many consumers.
- Email or phone call: suitable for those who use the Internet less frequently.
- In person to the controller: a traditional method for those who prefer face-to-face contact.
Everyone can choose the method that suits them best, but it's important to submit readings by December 3.
