It is also important to remember that TCC employees are doing their job by mobilizing the population for defense. If Russia had not started the war, there would simply be no summons. It should be understood that Russia is the sole enemy from which Ukraine must defend itself. Our army is distinguished by its training and care for its soldiers, whereas Russia sends its troops to the front without any guarantees. Russian invaders behave brutally in the occupied territories, failing to recognize the dignity of Ukrainians forced to defend their land.
The Center for Countering Disinformation notes that Russian propaganda media are trying to instill despair among Ukrainians by portraying the situation as "chaos" and promoting narratives about the injustice of mobilization and the alleged lack of a future for the country. Meanwhile, intensive mobilization is underway in Russia, which Russian media choose to ignore. CPI experts emphasize that for Ukraine, mobilization has become the only way to protect itself from the aggressor and preserve the country.
