Passengers on a Jet2 flight from Tenerife, Spain, to Manchester, UK, were left in shock when an unknown man's body was discovered in the airplane restroom.

According to witnesses, they had been complaining to the crew for quite some time about the non-functioning restroom. However, no one suspected the horrific finding inside. This was reported by Daily Mail.

When the body was discovered, it caused panic among the passengers—many were crying and experiencing shock. The pilots decided to make an emergency landing in Ireland. Airline representatives noted that, despite heroic efforts over 40 minutes to revive the man, they were unable to save him.

"Unfortunately, we can confirm that the customer has died despite all efforts from our highly trained crew attempting to resuscitate him," they stated.

The wife of one passenger, who was the first to notice the restroom's unavailability, expressed the belief that the tragedy could have been prevented if the crew had checked the cabin earlier.

However, the cause of the passenger's death remains unknown. It is likely that he suffered a heart failure, but if he was feeling unwell, why did he not seek help?
