As reported by OBOZ, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Anatoliy Komirny did not hold back and purchased a 2020 Tesla Model S for 1.3 million UAH.

Given such income, it’s not surprising: before his ministerial role, he was involved in the IT business, which provided him with substantial savings. Apparently, Komirny decided to stay in line with global trends and opted for an electric vehicle that aligns well with ecological plans.

Health Minister Viktor Lyashko chose a 2019 Skoda Octavia for 630 thousand UAH. He purchased the car through a company specializing in customs clearance. Compared to his colleagues, this choice is modest, but the price is fully in line with the market.

Two officials opted for the proven Toyota Venza:

  • Eden Adamanyk, Lyashko's deputy, bought a 2014 model for 452 thousand UAH. The price drew attention, as such cars on the market start from 600 thousand UAH. It seems the vehicle has either been significantly used or has undergone major repairs.
  • Meanwhile, the deputy for strategic industries Dmytro Gryshchak selected a 2012 version for 660 thousand UAH. It’s not the newest model, but the price matches the market. Interestingly, Adamanyk managed to get a newer Venza for 200 thousand UAH less.
