Instead, this topic is being actively inflated by propaganda outlets, assuring their audience that Ukrainians are expecting "liberators" from "brotherly Russia." Meanwhile, Ukrainian soldiers are outraged that while the enemy is pressing at the front, some people are living their peaceful lives, forgetting about the war.
