The Italian contestant has withdrawn from Eurovision 2025. What’s the reason behind this decision?
Italian artist Olly has decided to withdraw from the Eurovision-2025 song contest just a week after winning the national selection. He announced this on Instagram, as reported by UNN.

According to the singer, he had to choose between traveling to Basel for Eurovision and going on a solo concert tour, as their dates coincided.
He also expressed gratitude to his fans for their support during the national selection and wished success to whoever will represent Italy at Eurovision in his place.
"Some might say that I am giving up on a dream, but I believe that I have simply chosen to live it at my own pace," Olly concluded.
