On Sunday, January 26, during his evening video address, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukrainian weapons are returning the war to the Russian Federation, reducing Russia's war capabilities.
The head of state highlighted that concerns in Russia, the decline in Russian capabilities to sell and process oil, and lower global prices for this energy resource are all necessary for peace.
"And, of course, all the guys from the Security Service of Ukraine, Special Operations Forces, all our Armed Forces of Ukraine, SVR, GUR - everyone who contributes their strength and precision to Ukraine's capabilities, thank you all!" Zelensky concluded.
