The aggressor has imposed new restrictions on Ukrainians who do not hold Russian passports.

Starting in 2025, Ukrainians in temporarily occupied territories who do not possess passports from the terrorist state will lose access to subsidized medications. The occupying forces are deliberately creating a shortage of medicines and inflating prices by 2 to 3 times.

Details

Starting from January 1, 2025, the occupiers have imposed new restrictions on the local population who refuse to obtain Russian passports.

1. Deprivation of Assistance

Ukrainians without Russian documents are forbidden from accessing subsidized medications. This has particularly affected:

- patients with cardiovascular diseases;

- individuals with asthma;

- people suffering from diabetes.

2. Shortages and High Prices

Purchasing medications is now only possible at personal expense, but:

- most necessary drugs are unavailable due to artificial shortages.

- if medications are available, their prices are 2-3 times higher than the market rate.

3. Coercion through Humiliation

The terrorists are intentionally creating a crisis by stripping Ukrainians of basic rights to force them into obtaining Russian passports.
