There are instances when the mobile application "Reserve+" does not display information about an exemption from mobilization, even though the citizen possesses the relevant document. This indicates that the data has not been entered by the operator of the TCC and SP into the Unified Register of Conscripts "Oberih".
This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization, Yekaterina Chernogorenko, during a telethon. Ukrinform reports.
The Deputy Minister explained that "Reserve+" only shows the data that the TCC operators input into the "Oberih" register. If a citizen has a paper document confirming the exemption but does not see it in the application, they should contact the TCC support service to ensure the information is correctly entered into the register. After this, the exemption status will be reflected in "Reserve+".
Chernogorenko noted that some types of exemptions can be requested through the application without contacting the TCC.
"As soon as you request this exemption, we verify it in other registers. For example, in the civil status acts register, if it concerns parents of many children, and we compile the result immediately in 'Oberih', and within two to three seconds you see it in 'Reserve+'. We added a third type of online exemption to 'Reserve+' yesterday — for parents of many children. Initially for those who have three or more minor children in one marriage", she explains.
The Deputy Minister of Defense clarified that this is due to synchronized work with other registers. This data must be obtained from the State Register of Civil Status Acts of the Ministry of Justice.
Chernogorenko emphasized that to use the exemption, one must log in to the mobile application "Reserve+", upload the military registration document, and submit a request through the appropriate menu option. According to her, after "a few clicks and a little waiting, the exemption status will automatically be reflected in the military registration document".
She also added that more than 150,000 people have already used this service via smartphone.
Earlier, "Telegraph" reported on how to obtain an electronic military ID in "Reserve+" or "Diia". The electronic document holds the same legal weight as the paper version.
