Truck in Kyiv crashes off a bridge, smashing through a fence: police report details (photos, videos).

On Thursday, January 2, a truck flew off a bridge in Kyiv at Vydbichy. As a result, the driver was injured.

This is reported by local Telegram channels. Capital community pages have published a video.

"The truck flew off the bridge in Kyiv, crashing through the fence," the message states.

In the published footage, it is visible that the truck is lying in the middle of the road beneath the bridge. Law enforcement officers are working at the scene. Emergency Service workers are also present.

What the police say

"Telegraf" reached out to the Kyiv police for a comment. The journalist was informed that the cause of the accident was the driver losing control. There were no fatalities as a result of the accident on the bridge. Only the truck driver was injured. Law enforcement officers are on-site investigating all the details.
