The commander of the 92nd Air Assault Brigade discussed the resilience of Russian stormtroopers in the Kupiansk area.

Currently, one of the most grueling battles of the year is underway – the fight for the left bank of Kupiansk.
Командир 92-й ОШБр поделился информацией о стойкости российских штурмовиков в районе Купянска.

The survival rate of Russian stormtroopers in Kupiansk is no more than 10%.

This was stated in an interview with Ukrainian Pravda by the commander of the first assault company of the "Achilles" attack UAV battalion, Lieutenant Anton Shmagailo, as reported by "Dumka".

According to him, out of ten enemy infantrymen attacking a landing, only one or two survive. It may be slightly more during mechanized assaults. They hardly recover from the front line casualties. Another group is sent to the same positions to replace the destroyed one.

"The overall picture: the enemy does not care about losses, neither in personnel nor in equipment, and attempts to move forward regardless of the circumstances. This is what is happening in the Kupiansk direction," the military added.

The overall situation is indeed complicated. Despite enormous losses in human resources, the enemy continues to receive reinforcements. They show no concern for their personnel, especially considering the quality of the recruits.

"These individuals are mostly uneducated and poorly trained. During interrogations, prisoners who were recently sent to assaults reveal that their training lasted less than a week. In other words, Russia is simply sending its masses to their deaths," emphasizes Banderas.

Sooner or later, any resource is depleted. Currently, the enemy is trying to achieve success on the front lines at any cost, including in the Kupiansk direction.

"But a large-scale offensive operation by the Russian army will come to an end sooner or later. It is quite possible that then the enemy's 'advantage' will turn into a weakness. They will simply be unable to hold their positions. We remember how the enemy previously lost the territories they had captured," notes the commander of the 1st company.

Initially, the Russian command set the goal for the front-line troops to capture Kupiansk by November 1 of this year. The defense forces repelled all their attempts. Now there is talk of a new deadline - by the New Year. It is evident that the occupiers are in a hurry.
