In the Kharkiv region, as a result of a series of Russian shellings, two civilians have been injured.
This was reported by the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, as conveyed by "Dumka".
According to the investigation, yesterday, November 20, at 11:40, the occupiers shelled the settlement of Kupiansk-Uzlovoy. As a result of the shelling, preliminarily from multiple rocket launchers, a 64-year-old civilian sustained injuries.
Additionally, around 15:00, the enemy attacked the settlement of Vysokyi in the Kharkiv district with a drone. A non-residential building was damaged. A 63-year-old woman was injured.
Also, around 15:00, the village of Borshcheva in the Kharkiv district was hit by enemy artillery fire. A residential house was damaged. There were no casualties.
Prosecutors and investigative police are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document the war crimes committed by the Russian military.
Under the procedural guidance of the district prosecutor's offices of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
