In Kharkiv region, three individuals, including government officials, were injured due to enemy fire.

Russia continues its shelling of the Kharkiv region, causing damage to homes and infrastructure.

On January 6, Russian forces conducted extensive shelling of villages and towns in the Kharkiv region, damaging dozens of buildings and infrastructure, resulting in casualties among civilians and police officers.

This was reported by the communications department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kharkiv region, as conveyed by "Mysl".

According to law enforcement, on January 6, Russian troops launched a series of strikes on populated areas using artillery, multiple rocket launchers, KAB bombs, and drones.

In the village of Kondrashovka in the Kupiansk district, the shelling began early in the morning: at 8:00, artillery damaged seven private homes, and at 10:00, multiple rocket launchers targeted other houses.

The Bohodukhiv district also faced attacks. In the village of Orishanka at 9:40, multiple rocket launchers damaged five houses, outbuildings, and gas and electrical networks. Later, at 11:50, two air bombs struck open territory — fortunately, there were no casualties.

In Zolochiv, the situation was more complicated. At 9:40, multiple rocket launchers destroyed private homes and outbuildings in the settlement, and in the evening, around 17:15, three air bombs damaged 30 private homes, two-story apartment buildings, garages, vehicles, and energy networks. A 61-year-old woman was injured.

Karasivka, another village in the Bohodukhiv district, also came under fire — at 17:20, the enemy used air bombs that landed in a wasteland.

Kupiansk was attacked by kamikaze drones known as "Molniya". At 11:25, during one of the strikes, two police officers were injured, and during the subsequent attack at 12:20, there were no casualties or destruction.
