Due to damage to energy facilities during the massive missile and drone attack on November 17, emergency outages have been implemented in the Kharkiv region.

According to energy officials, on November 22, a schedule of hourly outages will be in effect in the Kharkiv region from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
