1 Potato Prices
The primary vegetable, which Ukrainians almost cannot imagine their diet without, has seen a price increase of nearly 3 UAH over the past month. Currently, 1 kilo of old potatoes is sold at Auchan for 28.90 UAH, while at Megamarket it's priced at 40.50 UAH. The average price stands at 34.70 UAH. Meanwhile, pink potatoes are sold for 35.90 UAH per kilo at Auchan.

A beloved side dish for many Ukrainians, buckwheat prices have also risen. Currently, 1 kilo of buckwheat costs 31.90 UAH at Metro, 32.29 UAH at Novus, 27.90 UAH at Auchan, and 40.00 UAH at Megamarket. The average price is now 33.02 UAH, which is 2 UAH more than a month ago.
3 Sunflower Oil Prices
Sunflower oil from the "Oleina" brand in an 850 ml bottle is priced at 59.90 UAH at Auchan, 74.89 UAH at Novus, 70.50 UAH at Metro, and 64.90 UAH at Megamarket. The average price is 67.55 UAH. The "Shchedry Dar" sunflower oil (850 ml) is available for 75.29 UAH at Novus, 73.70 UAH at Auchan, and 73.70 UAH at Metro, with an average price of 74.23 UAH.
4 Chicken Egg Prices
A product that has seen significant price fluctuations in recent months, chicken eggs have also increased in price, now by up to 7 UAH for a dozen. For instance, "Kvotchka" eggs (10 pieces) are sold at Auchan for 76.80 UAH and at Novus for 79.99 UAH. The average price is 78.40 UAH. Meanwhile, "Yasensvit" eggs (10 pieces) are priced at 75.50 UAH at Auchan, 77.99 UAH at Novus, and 80.20 UAH at Megamarket, with an average price of 77.90 UAH.
