I found a mistake in "Rezerv+": how to fix it.

Users of the "Reserve+" app can view their military registration data from the "Oberih" registry. If a man finds an error in his data, he must contact the TCC and SP.

This was explained by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, Ekaterina Chernogorenko, who shared this information with DOU. Through the app, "Reserve+" retrieves:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• date of birth;
• individual tax number;
• information about the date of data update;
• details of any reservations and deferments, if applicable;
• date of medical examination and fitness/unfitness status;
• military registration specialty, etc.

Chernogorenko clarified that if incorrect data is found in the registry, the individual needs to personally visit the territorial recruitment center where they are registered. Only this TCC has access to the information of its reservists and can make the necessary corrections.

At the same time, in "Reserve+" users can only independently clarify their phone number, email address, and actual address.

According to the Deputy Minister of Defense, an expansion of the app's functionality is planned for 2025. In particular, it will become possible to correct names, dates of birth, and tax identification numbers (the taxpayer registration number), as well as education information. These are, according to the Deputy Minister of Defense, fundamental data that affects the verification of a person so that they can receive an electronic military registration document, deferment, and other services in "Reserve+".

It’s worth noting that when updating data in "Reserve+", users may receive a notification that they are wanted. In such cases, it is necessary to request the ruling on the announcement of being wanted and appeal it in court.

According to lawyer Tamila Alexik, contacting the TCC and SP to clarify the circumstances is unlikely to be effective since the search is initiated not by the TCC, but by a police investigator.

"If 'Reserve+' does not have information about who exactly declared a person wanted and on what grounds, then it is necessary to request the ruling and appeal it in court. Especially if the person has not received summonses and is not hiding. After all, a ruling based on fabricated grounds violates a person's rights,” the lawyer adds.

Previously, "Telegraph" reported on how to apply for a deferment from mobilization through "Reserve+". The system automatically pulls data from the necessary registries, allowing for a deferment to be processed without a visit to the TCC.
