In the Odessa region, people said their final goodbyes to police investigator Vadim Zeziulin, who lost his life due to a Russian missile strike. The officer sustained fatal injuries during an attack on the center of Odessa on November 18.
The police captain was hospitalized for two days, but on November 20, his heart stopped. This was reported on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
1 2 3The 36-year-old officer had served in the Odessa police for ten years. Vadim Zeziulin began his career in law enforcement in 2014, dedicating his entire time to investigative units.
The fatal injury was inflicted during yet another shelling of the city. Doctors fought to save his life, but unfortunately, they were unable to do so.
4 5Vadim Zeziulin was laid to rest with full honors. Colleagues and the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine expressed their condolences to the family and friends of the officer.
It is worth noting that on Monday, November 18, the Russians struck Odessa with an Iskander-M ballistic missile. As a result of the attack, 10 people were killed, and 47 others were injured.
Earlier, "Telegraf" reported that the interception of the missile did not help prevent the tragedy in Odessa. The downed missile fell in the residential area of the Primorsky district of the city.
