Russia has developed a document forecasting the military-political situation in the world until 2045, which includes, among other things, a plan to divide Ukraine into three parts. It is possible that this document may be handed over to representatives of the next U.S. administration, which will be led by Donald Trump.
Initially, this was reported by the publication "Interfax-Ukraine," citing its sources, but the information was soon officially confirmed by the deputy head of the GUR, Vadim Skibitsky.
According to him, the document was developed in Russia in December 2023 for the period from 2026 to 2035, with a perspective extending to 2045.
The document suggests that Ukraine could be divided into three parts:
"Undoubtedly, Russia's strategic goal remains the complete occupation of our state. And this scenario of developments with a possible division of territory is relevant not only for 2035-45. It will already be relevant soon, by 2026, or perhaps even earlier," Skibitsky emphasizes, reminding that the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, already refers to the occupied regions of Ukraine as part of Russia.
At the same time, the Ukrainian intelligence adds: "This is all an analysis and assessment by the Russians. We see how quickly they can change their plans depending on successes, the reactions of the international community, and the development of the situation."
Skibitsky also noted that there is indeed a threat that Russia may pass this plan to the U.S. through other countries, but as of today, there is no information indicating that the document has been transferred anywhere.
As reported by "Telegraf", earlier Putin threatened Europe with a strike from a new missile, which allegedly has no analogues in the world.
