Russia has deployed six ships to the Black Sea. Here’s what we know about the missile threat they pose.

In the Black Sea, six Russian ships have been detected, three of which are armed with Kalibr cruise missiles. The total strike capability is up to six missiles, while there are no enemy vessels present in the Sea of Azov or the Mediterranean Sea.

This morning, on November 24, Russia deployed six ships to combat duty in the Black Sea. Three of these vessels are carriers of sea-based cruise missiles of the "Kalibr" type. This information was reported by the Ukrainian Navy, as noted by UNN.

In the past 24 hours, the following movements in the Kerch Strait were made on behalf of Russia:

  • In the Black Sea - 4 vessels, of which 1 continued its journey towards the Bosporus Strait;
  • In the Azov Sea - 5 vessels, with 3 coming from the Bosporus Strait.
