It has been announced when another underground school in Kharkiv will start operating.

In Kharkiv, there are plans to launch training at another underground school in the city.

This was announced on the national marathon "Unified News" by Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov, as reported by "Dumka".

"We didn't create the metro school project out of convenience. We launched it on September 1st two years ago. This is a very important and popular initiative for the residents of Kharkiv. We built the first underground school designed for nearly a thousand students in two shifts. Regarding future plans, we will open another underground school this month,” Terekhov stated.

According to the mayor, there are plans to construct six such schools in Kharkiv. Some of them are expected to be operational from spring, while others will be launched by the start of the new academic year.
