Firstly, new mandatory fields have been added to the receipt. It will now display not only the total amount but also the "change" if the customer paid in cash. Additionally, the method of payment will be clearly indicated on the receipt: whether it was cash, card, or, for example, bonuses.

This change aims to make the receipt clearer and quicker to fill out.
There are also fines for incorrect receipts. If a seller issues an old-format receipt, they will be fined 100% of the value of the goods sold in violation. If this happens again, the fine will increase to 150%.
For individual entrepreneurs operating under the simplified system, the fines will be lower — 25% for the first violation and 50% for subsequent ones. Again, if you have a cash register (RRO), you need to update them to avoid penalties. For some software cash registers (PRRO), the update will occur automatically, but it is advisable to check if the device supports this.
Additionally, the "Diia" portal has resumed the service for closing individual entrepreneurs. Now, even if the Unified State Register (ODR) is temporarily unavailable, it is possible to close an individual entrepreneur through the portal.
