A fatal accident occurred in Chuguev, resulting in injuries to a child. Here’s what we know so far.

Police are investigating the circumstances of a traffic accident in Chuhuiv, Kharkiv region.

According to "Dumka," this was reported by the communications department of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

As per their information, the road traffic incident occurred on November 23 at around 12:30 PM on the Kyiv-Kharkiv-Dovzhansky highway in Chuhuiv.

A 46-year-old driver of a Ford, while attempting to overtake, collided with a VAZ vehicle.

The VAZ was driven by a 29-year-old man. He and his 21-year-old passenger died at the scene from their injuries. A 10-year-old child and a 52-year-old woman from the same vehicle sustained injuries.

The Ford driver has been detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
