In Kharkiv, a residential high-rise building was damaged due to Russian missile strikes on November 28.
According to a correspondent from "Dumka," several dozen windows were shattered in various entrances of the building as a result of the missile attacks on the morning of November 28.
In addition to the windows, balcony groups and window frames were also damaged. The blast wave caused some plywood panels, which had been used to cover openings after prior shelling, to be blown out in certain areas.
