Today, November 23, the duration of restrictions in the Kharkiv region will be from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
As reported by "Dumka," this information was provided by Kharkivoblenergo.
Energy officials noted that the reason for the temporary restrictions is the damage to energy facilities during the massive missile and drone attack on November 17.
Kharkivoblenergo added that emergency recovery work is ongoing. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore the equipment damaged by the enemy as quickly as possible.
