Snow is falling in Kyiv, and forecasters have revised their weather predictions. What should we expect next?

On Thursday, November 21, wet snow fell in Kyiv in the morning. Special equipment is operating on the roads.

This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA). They noted that the special equipment from the municipal enterprise "Kyivavtodor" is performing preventive treatment on the road surface.

"According to meteorologists' forecasts, today, November 21, the capital will be cloudy, with moderate rain and wet snow during the day, and local accumulations of wet snow. There is ice on the roads. A total of 124 units of special equipment were engaged for the treatment of the road surface with rare chlorides," the statement reads.

The Kyiv Military Administration urged drivers to be extremely cautious on the roads, maintain a safe distance, and advised pedestrians to be careful and wear reflectors during nighttime.

It is worth noting that the day before, meteorologists warned about worsening weather in Ukraine. However, no severe frosts or significant precipitation are expected for now.
