In several regions of Ukraine, emergency power outages have been implemented during a massive attack on the morning of November 21. There are no schedules for these outages, and currently, there is no information regarding when electricity will be restored.
According to the official Telegram channel of DTEK, emergency outages have been introduced in Kiev, Kiev region, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions. The company promises to promptly inform the public of any changes.
UPD: Emergency outages have been canceled in Kiev. Although schedules are in effect, an additional group has been added to them.
At the same time, following the directive from NEC "Ukrenergo," schedules for emergency outages have been implemented in the Sumy region for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd consumer queues under GAO. Special outage schedules also apply to the first queue. This information has appeared in the Telegram channel "Sumyoblenergo."
In the Mykolaiv region, emergency outages have been introduced. The hourly outage schedule continues to be in effect as well.
Emergency schedules have been canceled in the Chernihiv region. However, an additional queue has been added to the hourly outage schedules.
Emergency outage schedules have also been applied in Poltava region — for the 1st to 3rd queues. A special outage schedule will be in effect for the first queue.
In Zaporizhzhia, hourly outage schedules will be implemented starting from 8:00.
Note: Emergency outages are implemented when Ukrenergo needs to additionally balance the energy system. During emergency outages, power may be unavailable for an indefinite period. Schedules do not apply during these emergencies, meaning there is no precise information on when electricity will be restored.
