One of the requirements for contracting with the NHIF is that hospitals with inpatient departments must have at least one generator.
Currently, medical facilities possess 11,820 generators. Special emphasis is placed on ensuring autonomy for 636 hospitals that are part of the capable network.
297 - are fully autonomous - they have their own boiler houses, wells, and generators;
561 - have a backup heating source (boiler house);

Particular attention is being paid to ecological and alternative energy sources. More than 90 medical institutions already have solar panels with energy storage batteries. In 193 facilities, 1,295 Tesla batteries have been supplied for storing energy generated from solar panels.
This year, 5,876 solar panels were delivered to Ukraine from the "Ray of Hope" charitable foundation.
The installation process is currently underway in 18 medical institutions.
