On Thursday, December 12, the head of the Chechen Republic (Russia), Ramzan Kadyrov, confirmed yet another drone attack on the building of the special forces regiment in the city of Grozny that night. Reportedly, four fighters were injured as a result.

This information was shared by Kadyrov himself on his Telegram page. According to him, it seems that over the barracks of the police regiment.

"No one was seriously hurt. Four guards sustained minor injuries. The duty personnel were in areas protected from such attacks at the time," the head of Chechnya claims.

He added that "the building did not sustain any significant damage." "The drone detonated in the air, damaging the roof and shattering windows."

In a "traditional Russian" manner, he blames Ukraine for this strike. The head of the TikTok troops declared an intention for revenge.

Moreover, he allegedly mentioned the readiness of a reserve of 84,000 "volunteers and fighters from the Chechen Republic to move to the front lines at the first order."

"We won’t let this go unpunished! And just for these 4 injured, we will take down 400 Ukrainian soldiers," Kadyrov asserts.

Drone Strikes on Grozny — What We Know

On the night of December 12, reports emerged about explosions in the capital of Chechnya. An aerial attack using drones occurred against the building of the second police regiment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Footage of the "arrival" in Grozny also surfaced online. Reports indicated that 5 ambulances transported the injured.

Note! Grozny is located 1,500 km from Ukraine. "Telegraph" shows on the map where the city is situated.

By the way, this is not the first drone attack in Chechnya. About a week ago, an explosion also occurred in Grozny. On that occasion, on December 4, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, acknowledged the drone attack on the special police regiment named after Akhmat Kadyrov.
