Like 15 minimum wages: How much does the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Synegubov, earn?

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, received a salary of 126,047.69 hryvnias in January 2025. This amount already includes all allowances and deductions.

This information is mentioned in the response from the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration to a request from "Telegraf". The document states that the base salary is 122,769.90 hryvnias. The allowance amounts to 18,415.49 hryvnias. The average salary for days of official business trips is 22,512.92 hryvnias.

The total amount, considering these calculations, came to 163,698.31 hryvnias. From this, taxes and fees amounting to 37,650.62 hryvnias were deducted. As a result, the salary amount for January was 126,047.69 hryvnias.

Additionally, the editorial team obtained data on Synegubov's monthly salary level for 2024. At the beginning of last year, he earned between 102,000 and 120,000 hryvnias on average. By the end of the year, he received 142,000 and 125,000.

In total, for the entire year, if all salaries are summed up, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration earned 1,435,698.90 hryvnias.

"Telegraf" decided to compare these figures with salaries listed on one of the popular job search websites. According to its data, as of February 2025, the average salary is 23,400 hryvnias, based on vacancy statistics. Professions that could approach a salary like Synegubov's include PHP developers (130,000), media buyers (200,000), and heads of recruitment agencies (100,000), among others.

It’s worth noting that the minimum wage in Ukraine is currently 8,000 hryvnias. Thus, Oleg Synegubov's January salary is equivalent to 15 minimum wages.
