Utility workers in Dnipro attempted to tackle icy conditions but ended up becoming victims themselves (photos and videos of the incident).

In Dnipro, due to severe ice, a utility vehicle overturned on one of the streets while spreading sand to prevent slipping.

This information is reported by local channels. It is noted that the incident occurred on December 13 during the day on Konotopska Street.

"A new method of treating roads was invented in Dnipro. Effectiveness is 99.9%, no vehicle will slip," people are saying online.

In the videos that are already circulating online, it can be seen that the vehicle overturned on its side along with the trailer that contained the sand. Some of it spilled onto the road. Additionally, a significant layer of ice, which led to the accident, is visible.

It is worth noting that the vehicle flipped over at a pedestrian crossing, and it is a miracle that no one was injured. At the same time, it remains unclear whether the vehicle was performing its duties while in motion or not.

Most Ukrainians found this incident amusing, while some were quite outraged, claiming that "they weren't prepared for winter and snow." Others lamented the performance of the municipal services and their overall work. There were also those who sympathized with them.
