North Korean troops have joined the combat operations in Ukraine alongside Russian units. Approximately 10,900 soldiers from the DPRK have been deployed in Kursk as part of the Russian airborne division and marines, with some already participating in battles.

This information is reported by Reuters, citing the South Korean intelligence agency. The DPRK is also supplying weapons to Russia, including self-propelled howitzers and multiple launch rocket systems.

Additionally, member of the parliamentary intelligence committee Park Sung-won noted that during a recent visit by the North Korean Foreign Minister to Moscow, significant issues were discussed, including a potential visit by Kim Jong-un to Russia.

According to sources, the intelligence agency continues to investigate the number of casualties among North Korean soldiers and is clarifying whether there have been any cases of surrender.

It is worth mentioning that earlier "Telegraph" reported that the DPRK is capable of sending far more soldiers to Russia, as relations between North Korea and Russia continue to strengthen. Some officials suggest that their numbers could reach up to one hundred thousand.

Furthermore, we reported that the Russians are preparing a new counteroffensive. The intensity of fighting in the Kursk region is stronger than in the Pokrovsk direction.
