Kharkiv's "Metalist 1925" has signed a Nigerian forward.

The roster of "Metalist 1925" will be joined by 25-year-old footballer Christian Mba.

Kharkiv's "Metalist 1925" has signed a contract with Nigerian forward Christian Mba from Albanian club "Partizani".

This was reported by "Sport.ua", as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to media reports, the contract for the 25-year-old player with the First League club will last for the next three and a half years.

Christian Mba was born in the Nigerian city of Asaba. He has played professionally for the Kosovo club "Trepça 89" (18 matches, 10 goals) and the Albanian club "Partizani" (63 matches, 15 goals).

He will wear the number 80 at "Metalist 1925".

"Interestingly, 'Partizani' announced the departure of Christian Mba to 'Metalist 1925' back in early January, but the Kharkiv team has only now confirmed the transfer and introduced the player with an original video," the message states.

We remind you that in the new season, midfielder Ivan Kalyuzhny from "Alexandria" and the Ukrainian national team will join the Kharkiv "Metalist 1925".

Note. "Metalist 1925" is a Ukrainian football club based in Kharkiv. Their home stadium is the Metalist Sports Complex. The club's colors are yellow and blue. They compete in the First League of the Ukrainian championship.
