"Stop signing kids": Chelsea fans protested, criticizing the club for acquiring the player from Kharkiv.

Chelsea fans held a strong protest against the club's management, recalling the signing of homegrown talent Mudrik from Kharkiv football.

This was reported by "24 Football", citing Football London, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to media reports, on Tuesday, February 25, before the match against Southampton, Chelsea fans staged a protest outside Stamford Bridge stadium.

About 200-300 "Blues" supporters expressed their dissatisfaction with the club's management. Clearlake Capital, a consortium led by Behdad Eghbali, was one of the targets of the protest.

Moreover, on one of the banners, journalists noted discontent regarding the signing of Mykhailo Mudryk: "Stop signing kids!"

It is worth mentioning that in mid-December, reports surfaced about Mykhailo Mudryk failing a doping test. A banned substance was detected in the "A" sample of the Ukrainian player.

Following the announcement of the positive doping test, Mykhailo Mudryk was suspended from football. The Chelsea winger faces a potential four-year ban.
