A southwest wind will blow at speeds of 7-12 m/s, with gusts reaching 15-20 m/s in some places. The air temperature throughout the day will range from -1 to -6 degrees Celsius.

According to folk weather predictions: The weather today will determine the spring. If the road is drifted with snow, spring will be late and cold, but if it’s warm, it will be early and mild. If there is light snow on this day, spring will bring rain, indicating a prolonged and rainy season. Even a hen could predict the weather: if it drinks water at the doorstep, spring will be warm and early.
